It is FREE to register your bulgarian property for rent and takes just a couple of minutes. 

As soon as we receive your registration details a customer service representative will contact you by email to confirm receipt and provide in depth details about creation of your listing and to answer any questions you might have.

Whats Included

We will happily include up to ten images and unlimited words to help promote and showcase your offer.

As standard, all listings will include an availability calendar, enquiry form and paypal payment button.

The administration of enquiries is handled by our operators so you can just sit back and relax whilst we do the work !!

Booking Commission

We do charge fees for succesful and confirmed bookings through our website.

Customers have two clear and easy options:

1. 15% of the overall booking value (per booking).

or some people may prefer.....

2. Annual subscription of €150.00 (non refundable)

The second choice is a great way to save money compared to ongoing commission rates of 15%. 

The annual subscription is paid in advance and is non refundable. You can of course renew/cancel at the end of the term.

Booking Payments

The booking payments are received by paypal and forwarded to you in the same manner. So please ensure before registering with us that you have set up a paypal account and informed us of your paypal ID/email address.
