Premium Care
The package includes the following services as standard and is described in three phases, so you know just what we are going to do for you every step of the way.
(1) Initial Preperations - "Being Prepared"
- Change lock on property entry door
- Copying two new sets of keys
- Create a full inventory of property contents
- Submit a list & photographic report of the property contents and initial condition
(2) Monthly Care - "Your Property Matters"
- Key holding service.
- Postal collection service (redirection if required)
- 24/7 contact person for property owners
- Ventilation of property
- Check of property & contents condition overall
- Testing of all electrical goods & boiler
- Testing of plumbing & electrical supply
- Check for pests & vermin
- Check for irregular humidity/dampness
- Recommend
course of action to counter act any evidence of pests, vermin, dampness
- Assessment report for any recommended repairs following occupation of guests
(3) Further Enhancements - "Because We Care"
- Emergency property check following reports of adverse weather conditions
- Assessment report following any damage as a result of adverse weather conditions.
- Cleaning of property twice a year. This would be at the end and beginning of holiday periods
- Providing
a report about overall cleanliness and safety aspects of the
complex and its common parts and facilities.
