The association is being formed for the benefit of the multi national residents and property investors who own apartments within the Medite complex, which is located in the Polenitsa neighbourhood above the town of Sandanski.
The association is now actively seeking members and encourage you to sign up using the form below. All contact details are held in strict confidence. This specific web site space has been donated by Showcase Bulgaria for the residents (as suggested by some residents) and will evolve as the association grows in membership numbers and discussion points arise.
The association is very much in its infancy so please kindly register in the first instance and in the near future regular communication will start to evolve between all registered users.

MRA - "The Medite Residents Association"
A Residents association provides all permanent residents, holiday home owners and rental guests with a collective voice within the complex and same block/building.
It is envisaged that all members will work together to improve housing and the environment in their complex and to build a sense of community.
Property owners usually have a property management company. The main job of the property management company is to work hand in hand with the residents association to achieve common goals and objectives in respect of community harmony and the up keep of the complex as detailed in contractual agreements.
A property management company can be elected in a general assembly each year, this is set out in "Condominium Ownership Management Act 2009" under Bulgarian law.
The residents association may stay focused on a single issue or it may expand to cover other concerns that residents have within the complex.The easiest way to get involved is to attend a meeting. This may be a formal meeting, or it may be a party, open day or other social occasion.
Our association is keen to get new members onboard and will make you feel welcome. The association is motivated to listening to all new ideas or other schemes that you to can get involved in.
You may be asked as a member to help, but our message is quite simple "Take on what you can and there is no need to over-commit yourself".
If you feel that the residents' association does not prioritise issues that you think are important, ask whether anyone else shares your feelings. You may be able to build on what the association already does, which is much easier than starting from scratch. Remember the aim is to work together.....
The association is to represent the entire complex regardless of individual living status or nationality.
Membership is soley restricted property owners of the Medite Residential Complex (aka - ApartHotel).
