Great news ! Our valued clients can now take advantage of our E-Ticket system. Operators will immediately be sent your property enquiries, rental reservations and support questions along with a unique automated tracking number for your request.
Our decision to implement this system means all of our clients can rest assured that we take every single enquiry seriously.
The innovative E-system provides you with a "one-stop-shop" environment and means no emails will ever be missed again; so long as you use the ticket system of course !
Here is a list of categories that are covered by our E-system:

Do you hate modern technology ? Do you want to make contact with us but are scared you might break something !! Well dont worry using the EHelpdesk is very easy and below we have made it even simpler by adding screenshots and a reference guide to logging into the system and communicating with us. We hope it helps......

Step 1
You need to open a new ticket or login to your existing ticket ID.

If you have already opened a new ticket previously then you will find the unique ticket ID in the email inbox of your registered email address. You will also be able to click on links with the email you were sent to access your previously opened ticket.
Please try and refrain from open new tickets for discussions regarding the same subject. Thanks.
Step 2
Simply complete all the form fields and hit the "Open New Ticket" button and the automated process will start. You will receive a message into your email inbox with more instructions for your reference.
Step 3
You have succesfully opened a new ticket and you should now check your email inbox.
Step 4
Check your email inbox for that important ticket ID and details of our service level agreement.

The email will contain information a bit like this below:
