Our inspection trip services are designed to meet your exact needs, you tell us your criteria and if possible we will show you only properties that you want to see. In some cases properties can sell or vendors remove them from the open market before you arrive so we will attempt to introduce further properties to add to your viewing schedule.

Our aim is to agree with you before the start of the daily trip which properties to view in which order. You are in control.

The Showcase Bulgaria team can show you properties in any city, town, village or resort across the whole of Bulgaria. If you intention is to view in multiple locations across long distances then please appreciate we do need advance notice of your trip in order to calculate the best route and mileage costs.

In an ideal world we do require 7 days notice of your trip, but of course if we have availability of drivers we will also accomodate clients that may have spotted a hot property at the last minute.

Our Inspection trip fees.

We will only charge for mileage !! 0.30€ per km.

The property search

Please always send us an email to salesuk@showcasebulgaria.co.uk containing your full name, postal address, contact telephone numbers, property budget, property requirements (beds, location, type etc) and of course the amount of people travelling on the inspection trip.

If we are fully briefed on your plans and requirements then we will be in a better position to serve you and make suggestions that could help you find just what you are looking for.
